• Mr. Mukund K. Natu started a proprietory firm in 1965 with the objective of developing economical residential complexes without compromising quality.
• The firm was converted into a partnership firm in 1973 and commenced use of brand name NATU-PARANJAPE.
• With the Great contribution of Mr. Mohan Mungale (Partner) the company has spread their wings in Pune in 1981.
• The group has till date constructed over 500 buildings measuring around 30 lacs sq.ft.
• The projects were located in Thane, Kalyan, Mumbai & Pune.
• The group has also expanded its reach further by completing project in Bangalore.

• The Group has completed various projects of varying size in different cities in the last 44 years.
